   Cutting surface

   A ½ in thick white HDPE surface, NSF certified for food contact. Enough space for chopping, organizing and serving. Chopping spaces vary from model to model.

   Aluminum frame

   An extruded, natural-anodized aluminum frame with black end caps. It keeps the board flat and supported for heavy carving and heavy loads.

   Handle

   Die-cast aluminum handle for sturdy carry and safe handling. There is one on each short end of the board.

   Removable pan

   Press up lightly from underneath and the pan pops right out. Wash it, refill it or serve it on its own, then drop it back in. Store food in the fridge with the lid on.

   Stainless pans and lids

   Stainless pans and lids. Pans and lids are dishwasher safe. Pans and lids vary from model to model.

   Flush stainless screws

   Countersunk stainless screws sit flush with the surface, so they are safe for knife edges.

   Silicone feet

   Four silicone feet stop the board sliding and protect your counter. The frame raises the board 3 in so the pans sit fully supported.
